Skillet Beef Goulash And Noodles
Recipe ingredients:
1 pound stew beef or roast cubed
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
5 tablespoons ketchup
3 tablespoon white flour
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 1/2 cup water
1 package of noodles, cooked
Prepare your recipe
In a large skillet, brown beef in olive oil, pepper to taste,
add onions and saute 1 mins. In mixing bowl, mix brown sugar,
salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and ketchup.
Slowly add to meat, along with 1 cup water.
Stir until well blended; cover. Simmer on low heat until meat is done.
Mix flour and 1/2 cup water, add to meat mixture.
Stir until thickened. Cook noodles according to package.
Serve meat over noodles. Use any vegetable for side dish.
