Tasty Budget Ham and Potatoes Recipe

Recipe ingredients:
5 pounds potatoes (sliced)
1 16 oz. container sour cream
1/2 cup butter
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 cups cooked, chopped ham
1 1/2 cups cheese flavored bread crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter

Prepare your recipe
Peel potatoes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place potatoe slices in a large pot of water,
and bring to a boil. Boil until slightly tender.
Drain, and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
Mix sour cream, 1/2 cup butter, cream of chicken soup,
Cheddar cheese, ham and green onions
with the potatoes.
Salt and pepper to taste
Spread mixture in baking dish.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs and butter.
Bake 30 minutes.
