Kielbasa Stir Fry With Vegetables Recipe

Recipe ingredients:
3 tbsp. Butter or olive oil
1/4 cup Chopped onion
1/4 cup Chopped green pepper
1/2 lb Sliced mushrooms
2 cups Fresh or frozen veggies
(mixed broccoli, carrots and cauliflower)
1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Dried oregano
1 lb Smoked Sausage or Polska Kielbasa

Prepare your recipe
Stir fry the vegetables in butter until tender.
Cut Kielbasa into bite size pieces.
Add herbs and Kielbasa sausage.
Stir fry until heated through.
Serve over noodles.

Yield: 4 servings
