Sweet and Sour Chicken Budget Recipe
Recipe ingredients:
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. skinless boneless chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch pieces)
1/2 cup bell peppers (cut into strips)
1 cup tomatoes (chopped)
1 cup carrots (thinly sliced)
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks (drained)
1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce
Prepare your recipe
Heat wok over high heat. Add oil.
Add chicken and stir-fry about 3 minutes or
until no longer pink.
