Taco Meatloaf Recipe

Recipe ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 package Taco Seasoning
1 Egg
4 slices American Cheese
1/2 cup Ritz Crackers
15 1/2 oz. jar of Salsa

Prepare your recipe
In mixing bowl combine hamburger,
egg, cracker crumbs, and taco seasoning
and mix well.
Place half of the meat mixture into loaf pan.
Place slices of cheese, top with 1/2
jar salsa.
Add other half of the meat mixture
top with remaining salsa.
Bake in 375° oven for about 35 min.
or until done.
